Jodi Schlesener is the oldest daughter of Ray Poteet, and is the reason Alpha and Omega has become a family business. Jodi grew up in Lawrence, Kansas. She and her husband Scott were married in October 1993 and live in Perry with their five children (Ashley, Payden, Caitlin, Bryttni and Deavynn), two dogs (Max and Allie) and Missy the cat.
Jodi is a home educator and enjoys spending time with her family, reading, snow skiing, and helping others.
Jodi attended Washburn University where she received her B.A. in Education in 1994. In 2005, she was licensed in Life, Health and Accident Insurance and joined the family business.
